1. Service Scope & Definition
PeekMenu is a personal productized Done-For-You (DFY) mobile showroom and digital catalog platform. We assist merchants by digitizing existing PDF catalogs, photos, and price lists into interactive mobile web showrooms with WhatsApp conversational ordering.
2. Merchant Assets & Content Responsibility
Merchants retain full intellectual property rights to their uploaded catalog images, branding assets, and product descriptions. Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring that product pricing, descriptions, and imagery comply with applicable local consumer protection laws.
3. Custom Domain Policy
Under the Signature Pro plan, merchants may bring their own registered custom domain (BYOD) for automatic SSL edge mapping. Under the VIP Concierge plan, PeekMenu provides one complimentary domain registration (up to IDR 200,000 / $15 maximum value) for the active annual subscription term.
4. Concierge Turnaround & Revisions
Standard concierge updates are processed within our designated SLA response windows via WhatsApp. Revisions include price adjustments, product additions, menu swaps, and seasonal theme switches in accordance with the merchant's active plan tier.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Cancellation
We offer a 7-day money-back satisfaction guarantee upon initial showroom delivery. If our concierge setup does not meet your operational expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of initial deployment.
6. Data Ownership & Asset Deletion Protocol
Merchants retain 100% intellectual property rights over all uploaded catalogs, images, lookbooks, product names, and pricing. Customer orders route directly to the merchant's WhatsApp chat without intermediary data collection. Merchants may request complete and permanent deletion of all stored catalog files and staging endpoints at any time by sending an email to peekmenu.link@gmail.com (processed within 48 business hours).
7. Limitation of Liability & Fair Use
PeekMenu provides mobile catalog rendering and concierge assistance. PeekMenu is not liable for transactions conducted directly between buyers and merchants via WhatsApp or off-platform channels. Fair use applies to concierge revision volume.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through amicable consensus or via the competent courts of Kuningan, West Java.
